Shipping
How long does it take to get my product?
Good question!
First off, we print our products on-demand. This way we don't create wasteful overstock. By printing on-demand, it can take 2-5 business days to print the designs on our products (depending on how complex the design is.)
Shipping the completed products to you can take around 5 business days.
In short; it can take a max of 10 business days to receive your order, and a minimum of 7 business days.
We ask for patience and understanding when waiting for your order to arrive.
If your order does not arrive within the timeframe we have stated above, please contact us, and we'll help find out what's going wrong!
Returns
Where do I return
my product to?
We take returns very seriously since nobody returns something they want!
However, if you'd like to return one of our products back to us, we ask that you get in touch with us before trying to send your purchase back to the address on the package.
When you message us, we'll ask a few questions regarding the reason for return, ask for pictures of the product(s) in question, and we'll provide an address for you to send the product to!
What happens to my returned product?
It's all dependent on the circumstances of the product return, and the products that were returned.
If the product is damaged, or unusable; it will be sent back to a fulfillment center to be recycled!
If the product is in the form of apparel (clothing), and still has good print/design integrity; we'll take it into our personal inventory to use at future in-person events!
If the product is still wearable as it was intended to be worn, but the design isn't satisfactory; we'll personally take the products and give them to a local donation center!
